We build management tools that give Maktab and Madrasah back their time.

IBEAMS was created to complete everyday management tasks in a fraction of the time it takes manually. From student registers to fee collection, every feature was shaped by first-hand experience inside Islamic schools and maktabs, not built from the outside looking in. More than 200 updates since launch, all driven by real feedback from the teachers that use it every day.

Our system

Built from the ground up. Private by design. Secure by default.

IBEAMS is a cloud-based system with privately held source code — never stored remotely with third-party developers. Every backup is encrypted and every update is managed in-house. The system was designed to be easy to use for its exact purpose, no unnecessary complexity, no bloated features, nothing that doesn't directly serve Maktabs and Madrasahs.
